Membership shall be corporate in nature and open for two categories of incorporated Companies:

LOCAL INDIGENUOUS (100% Nigerian Shareholders)
NIGERIAN COMPANIES (Nigerian registered Companies with foreign affiliations but having at least 51% Nigerian Shareholding).
Membership shall therefore be allowed only to all incorporated Nigerian indigenous Non–Destructive Testing (NDT) companies (local Companies) and all Nigerian incorporated Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) companies with foreign affiliation which have at least 51% equity shares taken by Nigerians.
The companies are to be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and shall present a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, Forms C02 and CO7 upon application to ANTEP for membership and before registration as a member.
All membership applications shall be proposed and seconded by Members who have duly paid their subscriptions at the next general meeting of the Association. The Executive Council may at its discretion approve or refuse any application and the decision of the Executive Council in this regard is final.
Associate Individual Membership shall be made automatic for Nigerians or naturalized Nigerian NDT practitioners who must be executive officers of the Member Companies from the rank of CEO or Chairman of the duly registered Company.
Any representative of the member Company who shall be duly and formally appointed by the CEO or Chairman of the member Company to attend meetings and vote on behalf of such member Company must not be appointed from less than the rank of a General or Divisional Manager.
